Smoked to Perfection
Our Jerk dishes, are prepared over burning coals. Below is an example of a fire getting ready for cooking. When the flames die down, chicken is cooked over coals in a jerk pan or pit. It gives that unmistakable smokey flavour. Click on the picture to see the effect.
